- Legitimacy of licensing of towage and maneuvering operations in Ukraine
- In 2013, the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine has approved the new License terms to exercise commercial activity on rendering of services on transportation of passangers, dangerous goods, luggage by inland water and maritime transport. According to the license terms towage and maneuvering operations shall also be subject to license, that directly contradicts the Law of Ukraine "On Licensing Certain Types of Commercial Activities".
