- NB. - The commercial sea ports of Ukraine became the object of the concession. - November 22, 2012
- With a view of coming into operation of some provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Sea Ports of Ukraine", the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has adopted the resolution "On some issues of concession of state property" ¹ 1055 dated October 15, 2012, according to which 18 state enterprises, namely seaports, identified as objects of state property, which can be granted to concession.
- NB. – Terms of payments in the export-import operations and compulsory sale of foreign exchange earnings. - November 19, 2012
- November 16, 2012 the National Bank of Ukraine has adopted the resolution ¹ 475 "On amendment of terms of payment in operations of export and import of goods and the introduction of compulsory sale of foreign exchange earnings", registered with the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 16 November 2012 under the number 1921/22233
- NB. - International airport "Boryspil" will be granted to concession. - October 31, 2012
- September 26, 2012 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted the resolution ¹ 990 "On some issues of concession of state property"
- NB. – Regulations on Navigation and Pilotage in the area of VTCP “Mariupol” came into effect. – September 25, 2012.
- On 21 September 2012 the Regulations on Navigation and Pilotage of Vessels in the Area of the Vessel Traffic Control Point “Mariupol”, which had been adopted by the decree of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine ¹ 415 of 25.07.2012 and registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 3, 2012 under the number 1479 / 21791 (hereinafter - the "Regulations"), came into effect.
